Mornings are clear until about 10 AM. Afternoon cloud rolls in fast above 4,500 m. Book Lobuche and Gorak Shep teahouses before you fly to Lukla — even calling from Namche is too late in peak season. Bring a -20°C bag; the rooms are unheated.

Dawa SherpaGuide· 20 hours agoTwo weeks ahead minimum. Call directly, don't trust booking platforms above Dingboche — they're not synced.
